"The man who drives the water cart"

This postcard was sent to the driver sometime between 1901and 1910, postmarked Rochester.

Mr Chris Longdon kindly supplied this fascinating picture.  His Aunt Annie Couchman lived in Police Station Road, worked in Foremans when it was a bakery, died aged 93 and is buried in the church.
